Delete your account & data

DriveAway — connecting people in Algeria with car rentals, rides, beach & watersports.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

1. Open the DriveAway app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is then permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

Email support@driveawayapp.com

Please write "Account deletion request" in the subject. We action requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone, photo).
• Your listings, bookings history, posts, reviews and messages.
• Your identity/verification documents (KYC) and uploaded photos.
• Your wallet profile.

What we may keep (and for how long)

For legal, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons we may retain a limited record of completed transactions for the period required by law. This data is kept secure and is not used to contact you.

Supprimer votre compte et vos données

Option 1 — Dans l'application

Ouvrez l'app DriveAway → Profil → Paramètres du compte → Supprimer le compte, puis confirmez.

Option 2 — Par e-mail

Écrivez-nous depuis l'adresse de votre compte à support@driveawayapp.com (objet : « Suppression de compte »). Traitement sous 30 jours.

Sont supprimés : profil, annonces, réservations, publications, avis, messages, documents de vérification et photos, profil du portefeuille. Certaines données de transactions peuvent être conservées si la loi l'exige.
